Inside IBM, the Rational is one of the teams that has done a fabulous job at creating some fantastic communities of practice. That brand has even created a set of community templates for all brands to follow as they create communities and sub-communities that are specific to the brand.
One of the community managers, Darrel Rader, created a video that he shared internally that walks community managers through the process of create custom community icons. I thought it was a tutorial that a lot of people could benefit from, specially customers and business partners. Therefore, I asked Darrel if I could share the video externally and he gave me the go ahead.
